In January 2001 I entered the real estate industry believing in the potential to grow a business that was scalable, repeatable and limitless. I started honing my craft and found success using the traditional methods but quickly realized that to truly help as many people as possible, I was going to need to take a different approach.
In February 2010 I brought on my first buyers specialist, Joaquin Granados and the David Garcia Team was built. It was based on three important pillars; a team of specialists, a system of proven repeatable strategies, and a system based on market knowledge. In the traditional approach to real estate, I found that so many agents do so many things, it was important that each member of my team specialize in one niche and to master it.
My team is made up of buyer specialists whose focus is on helping buyers, a listing specialist who only lists homes, and coordinators whose only focus is to guide clients through the listing or closing process. A team is a better way to manage the customer level of experience as each client is guaranteed to have the same experience. Client's experiences with the David Garcia Team are based on repeatable, unique system of strategies. A strategic approach leads to a predictable outcome. In the traditional approach, a lot is based on hope and unpredictable circumstances that is present in the ever-changing real estate market. With a system that is based on market knowledge, it provides an advantage over the competition.

Although new to the team, I'm excited to be joining a knowledgeable and experienced agency.
I was born in Corpus Christi and raised in the Portland/Kingsville area, which all have their different aspects that made me grow culturally. I graduated from Del Mar with an Associates in Business Management in 2006 then moved to Austin for few years.
Prior to joining this team, I specialized in making sure people received the best care possible in the Hospitality industry for over 10 years. Being in that industry helped me learn more about people's needs and really listen to them.
I was raised in Corpus Christi and in my spare time enjoy playing golf and attending sporting events while spending time with my wife and daughter.
I joined the David Garcia Team in December 2017 as a buyer's agent. With a focus on working specifically with buyers I am able to use our team strategies and my analytical skills to evaluate the entire real estate buying process and go a mile deep rather than a mile wide for our clients.
Before starting my career as a buyers agent I was a finance manager for a fortune 500 company for 17 years.
I joined The David Garcia Team in July 2018.
I am born and raised in the Corpus Christi area and have over 16 years of experience in the corporate business organization. My different work roles have allowed me to demonstrate several administrative, clerical, organizational responsibilities, project & time management, along with financial accountability. I believe in the use of excellent communication for high rate customer service satisfaction.
I have established customer loyalty through valuable quality service and product knowledge. Whether buying or selling, from the time your home is under contract until the closing celebration, I handle all the details. I will coordinate the inspections, interface with the mortgage and title companies and keep the other Realtor® fully engaged in your transaction.
In 2015 I won the Dancing with the Realtors competition by the Corpus Christi Realtors® Association.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking lots of memorable photos, dancing, cooking, and traveling.
